Why I Wrote this Book
I started writing this book in 2015 and slowly been working on it. I guess I was mindfully writing this book too lol! Mindful eating has helped me and other people regain a positive relationship with food which in turns improves health. Mindful eating is not only good for your health but it also makes eating more enjoyable. It has helped people lose weight and become more accepting of their own bodies.
Mindful Eating Benefits
Practicing Meditation helps your mindful eating practice and mindful eating can help your meditation practice. It is a positive self reinforcing cycle. One of the things that I found was that it helps me appreciate my food and where it comes from more. Mindful eating has also shown to reduce stress help you lose weight and be more accepting of your body. Learn more in my book!
