My name is Raj and I am an engineer by training and a longtime meditator by passion. I have been meditating for 7 years now and I have taught meditation in college. Through my experience, I have tried many different types of meditations and found what works for me.  I want to help you find your highest potential and live a passionate life by helping to find the right meditation for you. There is no perfect meditation that is meant for everyone, you just have to try different ones and find out what works for you.

Meditation has helped me tremendously and I want everyone to share the benefits so others can kick ass in whatever they do in life.  I enjoy teaching people how to meditate and helping them find what type of meditation is works for them. I am all about practicality and that is my approach to meditation, if it works for me I do it plain and simple. The afterglow and deep relaxation people feel after meditation is why I love teaching.

Personally mediation has been such a vital part of my life for the following three reasons.
